Tyler Joyce is an experienced guitar instructor with over 10 years of teaching.
He studied music performance at Towson University for classical guitar and is currently enrolled at FCC for the Audio Production Certificate. He is an experienced MIDI programmer with experience with guitar synthesizers.
Tyler has experience teaching students of all ages in private and group settings. He has experience teaching in Maryland, Virginia and DC school systems.
He enjoys bringing excitement of achievement to the lessons. He incorporates a variety of methods of teaching, such as Hal Leonard and Bass Academy for Guitars and Ukulele. For beginner piano students, incorporating the Musicolor Method® utilizes an instinctual learning framework of principles that makes learning almost effortless.
Mr. Joyce has toured extensively with performing acts all across the U.S as well as a USO tour of Asia and is currently performing with his worship team with Northstar Community Church in Frederick, MD.
